It’s never a bad idea to use these tools to help you grow professionally and assist you in bringing your career to the next level. 1. Art Inspired By…

Get involved in the New York City art scene by attending one of NYC Parks events where you get to create your own masterpiece inspired by work from famous artists and art techniques. 2. Technology and Survey Research Workshop

Wednesday, November 7th 2018
5:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST

William Pink and Michael Schober will be speaking about technology and research at The Advertising Research Foundation. William Pink will demonstrate how to leverage both traditional surveys with social listening, digital signals, and data bases for better brand guidance. Michael Schober will present evidence on what is known about collecting data using technical modes of interaction that people use every day on their smartphones. Tickets range from $50-75 and are free for students!

3. Tech & Policy Panel

The Flatiron School is hosting an event called The Legal Side of Software Development. The discussion will be on what coders/devs should know about intellectual property (IP), licensing, trade secrets, patents, and emerging regulatory issues. This is a great opportunity to open your mind to more knowledge from Flatiron School’s Manger of Full Stack Web Curriculum, Steve Harms, and a panel of experts from Brooklyn Law School.
